There is no cross-reference to look up steps or change the look of the software, tools. You have to go back and redo the project that touched on the subject. All the steps within a project, you are given what numbers or adjustments to use and nothing explains why you had to use those numbers or adjustments.

Otherwise the books are great for showing what can be done with the software. This is a great book. It explains the concepts of Flash in a way that can benefit beginners with no experience, and professionals wanting to brush up on their knowledge. The downloadable lesson files that aid in understanding the content of each chapter also help to cement the specificity of the ideas presented.

It is what it is. Flash classroom in a book. Used but in brand new condition. I purchased this book for school. I like it. Little hard to follow. As always the classroom in a book is excellent - can only be recommended.
